This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use this app - package name: afzal.media.tutor  (the app).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We refer to this automatically-collected information as - Device Information.

We collect your Device Information using the following technologies:

- Log files  - track actions occurring on the App, and collect data including your IP address, device type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

    

- Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you use the App.

    

- Device location - as it is a finding Tutor, we have to know your location, so that the certain people who accepted your post as a tutor and send you request, can easily find you and provided by the service what you want to give.

    

- Device Service - we  use your device service part. 

    - Device Messaging Service - we do not use or interact with the device Messaging service. 

    - Additionally when you make a request or attempt to make a request through the app, we collect certain information from you, including your name, location, place, addresses  and phone number.  We refer to this information as - requested Information.

- Google Play Console - we collect certain information and app crash reports, download reports etc. provided by google play console, this also includes your device's certain informations. 

   

When we talk about - Personal Information - in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and requested Informations.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the request Information that we collect generally to fulfill any request placed through the App (including processing your location information, arranging tutors, and providing you with requested confirmations).  Additionally, we use this requested Information to:

  

        -Communicate with you;

     -Screen your request for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our App (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers request and interact with the App, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

YOUR LOCATION INFORMATION : 

Within this app,  When you post as a Tutor, or, Post to find a tutor, You have to place your location information. Before providing your location information, you are asked to  grant access permission of your location data. If you agree and grant access your device location data, then the app collect the information of your current location.  If you do not grant access this permission of location access, then the app not be able to collect location information. It is your wish, as you can grant permission or not. We do not force you in any manner or any means. Otherwise, You can uninstall the app. Because, as a tutor, you have to share your location, so that, people can find you to get your services, And/or on the other hand, if any body want a tutor, he also has to share his location, so, a tutor can find his location to give his services. 

Out of this two fields, we do not share your location data to any third parties. But, if any fraudulent from anybody and/or for the law enforcement authority, we have to share your location data. 

If you do not agree with the above policy, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL THE APP, AND UNINSTALL THE APP IMMEDIATELY.  

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not  share your Personal Information with any third parties, except: 

1) the people who requested to get your service, provided by you And You requested the people to provide your services.

As described above, we do not use your Personal Information to provide you with no targeted advertisements or no marketing communications, even, we believe may be of interest to you.

Please note that we do not alter our App data collections and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

DATA RETENTION

When you place a request through the app, we will maintain your provided Information for our records, unless and until we want to delete this information. This is our right that, in any time, without inform you, we can delete your information including your registration details. In any manner, we do not bound in any means to describe or showing any cause for deleting your data.
